The proper acoustic treatment of small recording rooms is often neglected and due to financial limitations the only goal is to make these rooms as silenced ("deaf") as possible. The studio belonging to MindOn SolutionsTM portfolio is special in this regard, because despite its relatively small size (~150 m3 + 45 m3) its design and construction were based on a series of acoustic measurements. The room's own sound becomes an organic part of the recording, which is particularly important for certain instruments (especially the drums). The massive computing background makes possible just about everything by using the most advanced digital audio technology. Beside the computer based tools, a versatile selection of microphones, a number of hardware instruments and optional analogue mixing are all available to help the creative work.
